In over 30 years of practice, Alistair has conducted Trials, Appeals, Mediations and Arbitrations dealing with a wide range of business, real estate and estate law issues. He has extensive involvement in condominium issues and also actively represents participants and industry groups in the standardbred and thoroughbred horse industry.
Alistair practiced with a downtown Toronto law firm from 1978 to 1988, at which time he joined Capo Sgro, LLP as a partner.
Outside of the office, he is an avid golfer and hockey fan.
