Domenic joined the firm as an articling student in 2004 and has a broad litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has participated in matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, appellant courts as well as various administrative tribunals. Domenic prepares wills for The Lung Association’s “The Will Campaign”, the proceeds of which benefit The Lung Association’s medical research and community health programs. Domenic also acts as in-house counsel for the Appiley Group, a national portfolio
While attending the University of Toronto, Domenic worked as a Legislative Assistant to a Member of Parliament at Queen’s Park. While completing his law degree, Domenic worked for the Indian Claims Commission as well as the Department of Justice in Ottawa, where he assisted in developing Crown litigation strategies for Aboriginal land claims.
Domenic remains active in the community through coaching baseball and hockey. He was also the Media Director for the 2000 University of Toronto Formula SAE Racing Team, which raised over $30,000 and finished 8th in international competition
Domenic enjoys cooking and plays several instruments, including bass and guitar. He also has a working knowledge of Italian.
