In his real estate practice Frank deals with all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial real estate. Frank has extensive experience in acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and land development.
In his corporate and commercial practice Frank deals with new incorporations, re- organizations and purchases and sales of businesses.
Frank also maintains an estate practice advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and estate planning matters.
Frank is a founding member of the firm.
He is fluent in Italian, has been involved in local politics and is a member of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization. Outside of the office Frank is an avid golfer.
