Gregory has run a busy law practice and is a widely recognized and respected construction lawyer.
He has participated as an instructor in the Ontario Bar Admission Course, has been a speaker in numerous Continuing Legal Education programmes, has published articles relating to Construction Law, and was, for several years, a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada Committee for the Certified Specialist Programme for Construction Law. He has also been engaged as an expert witness in construction law.
Gregory was a partner in another law firm from 1978 until 1983, when he merged his practice with Capo Sgro LLP.
Gregory is very involved in his community where he has served as the first President and Director of the Fairway Hills Community Association of Oakville. He was also a director of Dixon Hall in Toronto for several years.
