Stephen’s civil litigation practice focuses on mortgage enforcement, construction liens, collection of debt and enforcement, corporate and shareholder disputes, and provincial offenses. Appearing at all levels of Court in Ontario, Stephen has engaged in trials, appeals, mediations, conferences and arbitrations to advocate for the rights of his clients.

Since joining Capo Sgro in 2018, Stephen has become an integral member of the firm, solving sophisticated civil litigation issues with innovative and creative solutions. Delivering first-class service to his clients, Stephen has built a reputation as an industrious litigator, known for his integrity and well-rounded legal knowledge.

Outside the office, Stephen is an outdoorsman and practitioner of martial arts.
