Frank is a well-recognized and respected family law practitioner. He has been counsel in over twenty reported or digested cases in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Frank has a certificate in Mediation for the Family Practitioner given under the auspices of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He sits regularly as a mediator in the resolution of disputes in the family law area.

His experience in family law began when he articled with the Ministry of the Attorney General, Official Guardian’s Office (now the Office of the Children’s Lawyer). Frank continued to serve as a panel lawyer in child representation for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer for 25 years. Frank was also an instructor and lecturer in the Family Law Section of the Bar Admission Course for numerous years. Frank has been a presenter with the Family Information Services Programme of the Ontario Superior Court in Toronto since its inception several years ago.

Frank is a member of the Board of Directors for Costi, Canada’s largest education and social service agency with a mandate to provide services to newcomers and their families, and has served as Secretary for over fifteen years. Frank is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization (CIAO), an association of lawyers of Italian descent that represent the interests of the Canadian Italian community. Frank has been an invited speaker and interviewed on radio and television concerning Family Law matters.

Frank joined the firm in 1983 as a partner.
