Frank is a founding partner of Capo Sgro. His practice is focused on real estate, corporate and commercial law, and estate planning.

For over forty years, Frank has provided practical advice on all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial real estate. He has extensive experience dealing with acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and land development. In his corporate commercial practice, Frank focuses on new incorporations, re-organizations, and purchase and sale of businesses. Frank also maintains an active estate practice, advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and estate planning matters.

Outside of the office, Frank has been involved in local politics and is a member of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization. He is also an avid golfer and is fluent in Italian.
