A widely recognized and respected construction litigator, Gregory has maintained a busy practice for over 45 years. He has participated as an instructor in the Ontario Bar Admission Course and has spoken at numerous continuing legal education programmes.

A notable expert in the field, Gregory has published articles on Construction Law. For several years, he was a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada Committee for the Certified Specialist Programme for Construction Law. Additionally, he has been engaged on multiple occasions as an expert witness in construction law.

Gregory was a partner at Hemsworth & Thom from 1978-1983, when he merged his practice with Capo Sgro LLP.

An active member in his community, Gregory has served as the first President and Director of the Fairway Hills Community Association of Oakville. He was also a director of Dixon Hall in Toronto for several years.
