Joseph articled at Capo Sgro LLP as a student-at-law in 2010 and joined the firm in 2011. He enjoys an active practice in corporate law, commercial transactions, real estate, and estates. The bulk of his work focuses on corporate transactions (buying and selling privately owned companies), corporate reorganizations, tax restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, and real estate transactions (residential and commercial).

Outside of his practice, Joseph is an active member of his community, assisting with the planning of the St. Michael’s College School Golf Tournament, which raises funds for the St. Michael’s College School Bursary Fund. Joseph enjoys golfing, hockey, baseball, skiing and attending concerts.
