Knowledgeable and client focused, Marc’s practice is centered on three areas: real estate, corporate and commercial transactions and estates.

Marc’s main area of practice is commercial real estate, where he focuses on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including project and construction financing, land development, leases, and joint ventures.

In his corporate and commercial practice, clients rely on Marc for his creative and pragmatic advice in structuring, negotiating and completing critical transactions. He assists business owners with incorporations, reorganizations, and shareholders’ agreements. Marc also engages in estate work, where he focuses primarily on estate planning, probate and litigation.

After articling with the Capo Sgro LLP in 2003, Marc was called to the Bar in 2004. To bolster his professional offering, Marc returned to school in 2007 in pursuit of an M.B.A. at The Rotman School of Management, where he specialized in finance. Armed with an M.B.A., Marc returned to the practice of law, offering clients a unique perspective on commercial transactions and the operation of small businesses. In 2010, Marc joined Capo Sgro as an associate, a firm where his late father, Frank J. De Vuono, worked from 1985 to 1996.

Outside of the office, Marc is a proud husband and father, an avid golfer, and sports lover. He also coaches youth basketball in the Toronto Area.
